When will my order be shipped?
Orders are shipped or delivered locally within 24 hours after confirmation of payment. During peak holiday periods, we will contact you by phone to confirm the delivery time in advance.

Can you deliver to my door? What is the minimum order amount?
Local delivery is available in Dongguan, Shenzhen, Huizhou, and Chaoshan when the order meets the minimum quantity specified on the product page. Orders below this threshold can be shipped via courier or picked up in-store.
How do I pay? Do you support WeChat Pay and Alipay?
After submitting the order, the page will display the store's WeChat Pay QR code, Alipay QR code, and bank account details. Scan or transfer the payment, then send a screenshot to the merchant for confirmation. Alternatively, you can submit an order intent only; the store will contact you by phone to complete the payment.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. At checkout, select the invoice option and enter the company name. Once issued, the invoice will be uploaded to your order details page for download.
Is the product authentic? How can I verify it?
All items are in stock at our stores. You can verify the bottle label, batch number, and seal condition in person, or taste samples at our store's tasting bar before purchasing.
